Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Moves Dance Studio website or enrolling in our programs. By accessing our website or registering for classes, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes about Moves Dance Studio's programs and services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

2. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment in dance classes is subject to availability and studio approval. Registration is completed through our online portal. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Moves Dance Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel enrollment at its discretion.

3. Tuition and Fees

• Tuition is due on the first of each month. A late fee may apply to payments received after the 10th.
• A non-refundable annual registration fee applies per family.
• Costume, recital, and competition fees are separate and will be communicated in advance.
• Returned checks may incur a fee.

4. Attendance and Makeup Classes

Regular attendance is important for each dancer's progress. If a class is missed, a makeup class may be available at the studio's discretion. Tuition is not prorated or refunded for missed classes. If Moves Dance Studio cancels a class, a makeup class will be offered.

5. Withdrawals and Refunds

To withdraw from a class, written notice must be provided to the studio by the 20th of the month prior to the last month of attendance. Tuition is non-refundable once a month has begun. Costume and recital fees are non-refundable once ordered or reserved.

6. Photo and Video Release

By enrolling, you grant Moves Dance Studio permission to photograph or video record students during classes, recitals, and events for use in promotional materials, social media, and our website. If you do not consent, please notify the studio in writing.

7. Medical and Emergency Information

Parents and guardians are responsible for informing the studio of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect a student's participation. In the event of a medical emergency, Moves Dance Studio staff will seek appropriate medical attention and attempt to contact the parent or guardian.

8. Liability Waiver

Dance involves physical activity. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of participation. Moves Dance Studio, its staff, and instructors are not liable for injuries that occur during normal class participation. Students are expected to follow all instructor directions and studio safety guidelines.

9. Studio Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and guests are expected to treat staff, instructors, and fellow students with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from class without a refund. Moves Dance Studio maintains the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is detrimental to the studio environment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and choreography, is the property of Moves Dance Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

Moves Dance Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued enrollment or use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in DuPage County, Illinois.
