HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR STUDIO PROTOCOLS

TO FOLLOW PHAZE 4 COVID-19 GUIDELINES

• Class registrations can only be done online or over the phone.
• Moves faculty will be sanitizing high traffic/heavily touched surfaces and bathrooms in between all classes.
• Class sizes will be limited.
• Makeup classes MUST be pre-scheduled by contacting Moves via email or phone.
• Our 30 day makeup policy will be extended to 90 days.

BEFORE ENTERING THE STUDIO

• IF YOUR DANCER OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY HAS SYMPTOMS OF SICKNESS OR COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR DANCER TO THE STUDIO. IF YOU KNOW YOUR DANCER HAS A FEVER – DO NOT SEND THEM TO THE STUDIO.
• Dancers over 3 need to wear a mask up until they have had their temperature checked and are in their class room. Face masks must be worn in lobby areas. Once dancers are in their classroom they will not be mandated to wear masks.
• At the studio’s front door all faculty members and dancers will have their temperature checked. If anyone has a fever they will be immediately turned away.
• Dancers will need to hand sanitize and head to their classroom, keeping all their belongings with them. ALL DANCERS must have a dance bag for their belongings and shoes (street shoes will need to go in their bag). Moves will provide hand sanitizer stations at the front door and throughout the studio.
• Dancers over 5 years old must be dropped off and picked up at the front door. Dancers 4 and under may have one guardian with them inside the building. Guardian will need to have temperature checked, have hands sanitized and must wear face masks while in the lobby.
• If a dancer has more than one class back to back in one day dancers will be required to sanitize before each “new” class.
• DANCERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN WATER BOTTLE AND MOVES WATER STATIONS WILL NOT BE OPEN.
• Teachers will enforce social distancing during class duration. Having limited class sizes will keep dancers spaced out. Toddler classes will have floor markings to keep them appropriately distanced.
• Hand held toddler class props will not be used during this time (princess wands, bean bags, scarfs, etc.)
• Please remind your students to refrain from touching/hanging on ballet barres (unless they are IN ballet class), wall and mirrors to help keep surfaces clean.
